For this fall/winter collection, we looked at the designs of Bonnie Cashin and Claire McCardell and discussed how they melded functionality with fashion for the working woman. For my take on the assignment, I created a collection that could be taken from day to night, by changing how a piece of clothing was worn, whether it was changing the styling or, via the convertible pieces that served as the anchors of the collection, actually changing the clothes themselves.
Fall Semester 2008: Sportswear Collection

For this fall/winter sportswear collection, I was inspired by the colors of Venice, Titian's portraits, and Renaissance armour.
